BBC Broadcast has come up with fresh autumn idents for BBC4 - a series of optical illusions. At first, there seems to be only one image on screen but the sequence, shot on film by Clive Tickner, unfolds to reveal four frames acting independently. Created by BBC Broadcast designers Anthony James and Steven Aspinall, the idents were posted at Blue. The offline was by Alex Lee with online and Flame work by head of visual effects Chris Mortimer. Audio and music were by Blue's Richard Martin with telecine at VTR by Tareq Kubaisi. The idents air from 10 September.
