'Unless you speak Lithuanian, Hungarian or some other useful eastern European language like Czechoslovakian, chances are you will be unemployed like the rest of us. Why? I'll tell you why. There are now far too many of us punting for far too few jobs. Taking the soft option of media studies is no longer a bright idea. Really it isn't. The market can no longer sustain the 'old' talent let alone the influx of the new...'
