Great IP starts with a great idea. At ITV Studios, those ideas are brought to life by some of the best creative minds in the business, across 60-plus production labels in 13 countries crafting around 7,500 hours of original programming every year.
But today, the biggest ideas don’t live in just one place.
The global distribution business takes those ideas around the world, with a catalogue of more than 100,000 hours sold to broadcasters and platforms globally. Reaching audiences today, however, can go far beyond where a programme is sold. As the ways people discover and engage with the brands they love continue to evolve, so too do the opportunities for great IP to find new platforms, turn audiences into fans and grow beyond where it began.
Just look at Love Island. More than a decade since the format first hit screens, the brand has travelled around the world and grown far beyond the villa. Today, its fans can watch it, follow it, listen to it, play it and experience it, creating a brand ecosystem that stretches across local versions, social and digital, podcasts, gaming, products, experiences and brand partnerships.
It’s a powerful example of what can happen when great IP builds a passionate fandom, creating more ways for fans to connect with the brand and more opportunities for that brand to grow.
And increasingly, that thinking is being applied across the ITV Studios portfolio.
Which is where Zoo 55 and Studio 55 come in. Together, they open up new ways for ITV Studios IP to reach audiences, build fandom and grow beyond the programme.
The scale is already significant. In the first half of 2026, Zoo 55’s social video channels generated 47 billion views globally, with River Monsters, Hell’s Kitchen and The Graham Norton Show among the UK’s most-watched unscripted brands on YouTube. Across FAST, Zoo 55’s channel brands now reach 43 countries, giving established IP new destinations and new audiences.

It’s a shift from thinking about where a programme lives to thinking about where an idea can go. Audiences might be scrolling through a favourite moment on social, streaming a familiar brand through a FAST channel, or discovering something for the first time on YouTube. Sometimes, that IP can take on an entirely new form.
That could be a vodcast, like It Started With A Kiss, a brand partnership, like Love Island with Poppi or M&M’s, or an entirely new experience, creating more ways for audiences to engage with the IP they love and more opportunities for partners to become part of those worlds.
Studio 55 builds on that opportunity, bringing brands, agencies and creators closer to their portfolio of IP and finding new ways to connect them with the audiences already engaging with our brands.
Across territories, platforms, partnerships and experiences, every new touchpoint is another opportunity for an idea to travel further, reach new audiences and become part of culture.
That’s the strength of bringing creators, production, distribution, digital expertise and brand partnerships together around the IP. From the first idea to everywhere it can go next, ITV Studios has the capabilities to create it, grow it and take it around the world.
Because however audiences choose to experience the stories and brands they love, ITV Studios is the one destination bringing it all together.
