Broadcaster will have highlights and podcasts as part of its coverage

The BBC will have daily highlights and podcasts compliment its radio coverage of the upcoming men’s Ashes series.

In addition to Test Match Special covering every moment of the iconic cricket series between England and Australia, there will be daily highlights on iPlayer and the BBC Sport app/website, as well as in-play video clips across the same platforms and the BBC Sport social channels. 

There will also be a daily Ashes debrief available on iPlayer, hosted by Alex Hartley, and the the TMS Podcast will be recording daily with Jonathan Agnew, Michael Vaughan and the rest of the Test Match Special team. Andy Zaltzman’s TMS Ashes Quiz podcast will also be available daily. 

At the end of each of the five tests, Sir James Anderson, Radio 1’s Greg James, and Felix White will record a special episode of The Tailenders podcast, and the No Balls: The Cricket Podcast with Kate Cross and Hartley will have special episodes throughout the tour. Meanwhile, Stumped with Alison Mitchell and Jim Maxwell will be available on the BBC World Service, For the Love of Cricket with Jos Buttler and Stuart Broad will also be covering the tour, and BBC Sport chief cricket reporter Stephan Shemilt will explore the rivalry’s greatest tales in From the Ashes, joined by legends Michael Vaughan, Stuart Broad, Ryan Harris, and more.

Finally, Isa Guha, Sir Alastair Cook, and Jonathan Agnew will pick their TMS Ashes Top 10, and Cook will reflect on England’s last triumph down under in How to Win the Ashes in Australia.
