The sports streaming platform will launch a dedicated division in 2027 to bring live sports to passengers on planes and cruise ships

DAZN has revealed it plans to launch a new division, DAZN Inflight, focused on bringing live sports from DAZN to passengers in planes and boats.
The launch is slated for 2027 and is tied in with enhancements in internet connectivity, reliability and internet speed continue across aircraft and vessels.
These technical advances create new opportunities to deliver premium live sports experiences to fans, wherever they are.
DAZN Inflight will be led by Aviv Giladi, president of DAZN Partnerships.

Giladi added: “Just a few years ago, even the idea of watching a cup final live on a flight would have been unthinkable. Today, we are announcing the reality, and it is just months away. I am excited by our plan to bring the thrill and action of live sports to fans, wherever they are.”
DAZN Inflight will join IMG’s Sport24 in bringing live sports channels to the international airline and cruise line markets. Sport24 currently broadcasts 24 hours a day, year-round, bringing 6,000+ of live hours of the world’s premium sports to passengers.
