BTV Post has won the post production contract for three series for 3Net, the forthcoming 3D channel being launched in the US by Sony in conjunction with Imax and Discovery.

The London and Brighton-based post house will work on 10 x 60-minute episodes of High Octane (pictured), an action sports series shot on location in the US and UK.

It will also look after the post for 10 x 60-minute episodes of Ultimate Factories and 3 x 60-minute episodes of Feeding Time, a natural history series about animal behaviour.

Technical director at BTV Post, Jon Lee, said: “This is a very rewarding yet challenging contract putting our extensive knowledge of 3D to the test.” BTV said its Mistika suite played “an integral role” in securing the 3D post production project.

BTV Post opened a facility in London in May last year.
