Sound mixer Chris Phinikas' new London audio facility, Bubble TV , has opened its doors with a string of jobs already underway.

Based at the former Martyr Sound site in Camden, Bubble will focus on audio work for TV, with clients from the animation and documentary sectors. The facility will also take on promo work for clients such as E4, FilmFour, and Dolly Films.

"I was at the right place at the right time and bought the assets including sound studios and equipment and re-leased the building," Phinikas said.

Phinikas, who is the majority shareholder in Bubble TV, has invested around £400,000 to get the facility up and running. M2 Television is also a shareholder.
