Channel 4’s America’s Cup programming has become the first to be delivered to a UK broadcaster in the DPP file-based specification using the metadata application.
Sunset + Vine provided C4 with a finished AS-11 compliant AVCi file, used the metadata application to add in editorial and technical metadata and re-wrap the file to the DPP standard. C4 will then download the 30-minute programme and associated xml file from its delivery site.
