Camera Corps has added the MeerCat to its range of speciality cameras.
The camera has been developed in response to demand from sport, reality and stage-show producers.
“[The MeerCat] is based on a new imager, which delivers video with very wide dynamic range, low noise and excellent colour rendition,” said Camera Corps business development director Shaun Glanville.
The imager is a third-inch MOS sensor with 1944 x 1092 effective pixels that can be switched to deliver 1080p, 1080i or 720p video at 50, 59.94 or 60 hertz frame rate.
