Canis Television and Media has updated its agreement with Comux, the operator of the UK’s digital terrestrial television network for local television.

Canis said the new agreement “refl ects the evolution of Comux’s business requirements” since the fi rst local TV station launched at the end of 2013. Under the new deal, Canis will provide all technical and management functions for the operation of the NOC, which currently broadcasts 18 local TV channels, until the end of November 2016.
