Soho effects house Clear has restructured its management team in an effort to attract more work from the feature film market. Simon Gosling has joined from MPC to head the commercials/short-form division, allowing Steve Garrad, currently head of production, to become head of film. Garrad will be joined by Peter Bach, who will take the role of executive producer of film. Bach worked as visual effects supervisor on Danny Boyle's upcoming feature film Millions and The Second Coming for Red Production. Meanwhile, chief executive officer Greg Caplan has sold his stake in Clear's sister company, Final Cut, having resigned as managing director of the London-based edit facility that he founded. The decision was made to allow him to spend more time developing Clear.
