A tool for creating and manipulating digital dailies, designed for use with Arri’s Alexa and Arriflex D-21 digital cameras.

What does it do? Developed by the team behind Autodesk’s Lustre, it incorporates tools for playback and sync, QC, colour grading, audio and metadata management.

How does it work? On-Set Dailies has a node-based operator interface and can load media files from film scans, tape capture, disk and solid-state recorders. Users can do primary and selective colour correction, apply 3D LUTs and use image resizing tools. Deliverable formats include H.264 for web or iPhone delivery and Quicktime with ProRes 422 for Final Cut Pro.
