The Mill has appointed Alex Conaway to the newly developed role of group director of marketing.

Conaway will lead the VFX facility’s marketing activities across its London, New York and Los Angeles studios.

The Mill chief executive Robin Shenfield said: “Alex has worked with some of the world’s leading brands.
