Prime Focus Technologies and Metaphysic merge to become new division
DNEG Group has merged Prime Focus Technologies and Metaphysic to form Brahma AI.
Brahma AI was originally established in 2024, but now includes all aspects of the two businesses under its remit after they were fully integrated. Prime Focus Technologies was acquired in 2024, while Metaphysic joined the DNEG Group this year.
Its product, Brahma AI Studio, includes workflow and automation suite Clear, multi-modal Gen AI platform Clear AI, Atman (digital humans) and Vaani (voice localisation).

By combining management, intelligence, and creation within one ecosystem, we’re elevating both the scale and the impact of enterprise storytelling,” said Prabhu Narasimhan, CEO of Brahma AI.
