Crow TV has appointed Matt Sanderson as business development producer.

Sanderson, who joined Crow TV in 2010, previously held the role of post producer.

Managing director Max McGonigal said: “Matt brings a fresh energy and perspective, and we are thrilled that he will be focusing on business development going forward. We are probably London’s best kept secret as far as post production is concerned. Matt will be spreading the word.” 

Crow has introduced a mentoring programme aimed at helping junior members of staff with career advice and support.

“We hire a runner with the foresight to know that they will be our next shining editor, dubbing mixer or post producer,” added McGonigal.

“The quality of our staff is fundamentally what makes us successful as a post house”.
