LipSync has appointed Paul Dray to the role of producer.

Dray joins LipSync from Deluxe London, where he spent nine years as executive customer contact account manager.

While at Deluxe Dray was responsible for building relationships with major studios and independents, and working closely with directors, producers, DOPs, editors, and post production supervisors to advise on all elements of the post process.

LipSync managing director Peter Hampden said: “[Dray’s] track record of producing projects is outstanding, and with his many years of experience at the labs and working closely with DoPs, he will strengthen our overall knowledge and service and will be a resource that everyone can draw upon.”

Dray has been tasked with researching potential new services that LipSync can offer, together with his responsibilities as a producer.
