The Joint has recruited editor Jeffrey May to drive its Avid DS Nitris Suite.

May was most recently freelance but has previously worked at Lipsync Post and Frontier Post.

His body of work includes feature films, trailers, music promos and documentaries. Doc Martin, Spooky and Celebrity Big Brother are among his television credits

Managing director Sarah Mackay said: “We are really excited to have Jeff join the team, his credit list is impressive, as is the quality of his work, Jeff's vast knowledge of HD compositing and grading will be a great asset to us and our clients"
