Encore has opened a third grading suite at its Wardour Street facility.

The room is equipped with a Nucoda Film Master grading system with a Precision Control panel, a Dolby PRM-4200 reference monitor and an AKA Design desk.

Encore’s director of operations Johnny Whitehead said: “Client demand for grading at Encore has been high for some time and this expansion enables us to extend our capacity to match that demand.

“It is such a critical area of post-production for long form television and we need the facilities as well as the creative talent to maintain our position as market leaders in this field”.

Encore’s team of colourists including Jet Omoshebi, Paul Staples and Will Coker will work across the post firm’s three grading rooms.

The first television projects to be graded in the new suite are series five of Tiger Aspect’s Mount Pleasant for Sky and series four of ITV Studios’ Mr Selfridge for ITV.
