Flying TV has invested in a new GSS C516 stabilised filming system as well as a Red Weapon and Canon C300 MKII camera (pictured) in response to increased demand for high resolution footage.

“We have got to the point where people want to future proof their content,” said Flying TV aerial DoP and operations manager Mona Wyer. “Even if they don’t want to use [4K and 6K footage] now, they want high resolution material on their shelf.” The Denham-based company has also added a Freefly Alta 8 drone to its fleet of aircraft. Flying TV’s kit will be on show at the MPS.
