Henson Digital Puppetry Studio, Fujinon, Litepanels and Dolby are all in line to pick up Engineering Emmys in August.

The Henson Digital Puppetry Studio will be recognised for an animation system that allows performers to puppeteer and voice digital characters in realtime on a soundstage setting with multiple virtual cameras and a realtime viewer.

Fujinon will be rewarded for its Precision Focus Assist, which gives camera operators the ability to ensure fast accurate focusing of HD images under varying conditions.

Litepanels will be honoured for its LED lighting products (pictured) while Dolby will receive an Engineering Emmy for its DP600 program optimizer.

The awards will be handed out at a ceremony in Los Angeles on August 22.
