The latest addition to Gekko’s range of LED lighting technology is a single-colour white light for illuminating a subject.

How does it work? Kedo-sk is a single-colour Fresnel-focused hard source luminaire optimised for the requirements of image capture. Available in daylight (5600 kelvin) or tungsten (3200 kelvin), the low power consumption of 180 watts keeps heat generation to a minimum.

The light is designed to work in temperatures of up to 500C. The integral Fresnel based optic provides a focal range of 6:1. Intensity can be controlled on the lamp itself or via DMX.
