Content services firm JCA has signed a deal to remaster more content for Film 4, including Rita, Sue And Bob Too, Bend It Like Beckham and Brassed Off.
JCA said the films would be scanned at Super 2k via the facility’s Arriscan film scanner into a DPX file sequence, which is then graded.
Film 4 library technical manager Kate Robinson said it would work with JCA on future restoration projects.
She added: “The reaction to these remastered films has been fantastic.”
