Reseller Jigsaw24 has acquired Matrix Software Development Limited.
One of Knutsford-based Matrix’s main offerings is data management software application Matrix CMS, which combines product management and publishing software tools.
Jigsaw24 chief executive Martin Balaam said: “Matrix is a perfect fit for Jigsaw24, with a software product that sits well with Adobe and Apple and complements our existing range of services and our creative customer base.
“Furthermore, with the support of Jigsaw24’s sales and marketing team we are confident that future sales of Matrix’s software can be significantly enhanced.”
Jigsaw24, which is based in Nottingham with operations in Manchester, recently opened new premises on Golden Square in Soho.
The Matrix deal also follows the June purchase of B2B reseller Square Group.
