JVC unveiled its latest HD studio products, including a range of LCD monitors, at Broadcast Live and Video Forum.

JVC's range of LCD professional HD monitors are available in 9”, 17”, 20” and 24” sizes, with the 24” model DT-V24L (pictured) providing native 1920 x 1080 resolution.

They are all ideal for studio, broadcast and post production facilities.

Professional features include gold-plated BNCs, high contrast, wide viewing angles and faithful colour reproduction. Other key features include the UMD data display area and the rotary control knobs with indent.

For settings other than the standard pre-sets, the colour temperature and gamma may be precisely adjusted on the top three sizes by using JVC's free-of-charge proprietary software and an LCD calibration tool.

Other JVC products on display include:

  • KA-HD250 studio adapter, which converts the GY-HD251 ProHD camera to a studio camera.

  • RM-HP250 camera control unit and RM-LP25 operator control panel

  • VF-HP840 studio viewfinder

JVC is exhibiting at Broadcast Live and Video Forum until Friday 1 February.
