Loft London has completed its acquisition of Zodiak Rights’ in-house post production arm.

As part of the deal, Loft London has been awarded a five-year post contract for content management and processing in addition to its contract to provide disaster recovery, business continuity and QC services to Zodiak Rights.

Zodiak Rights chief operating officer Sara Wookey said: “The transition has been remarkably smooth with no interruption to business continuity, thanks to the close collaboration between our companies.

“We look forward to continuing our strong working relationship throughout 2014 and beyond.”

Loft announced its intention to acquire the post division in December.
