Loft London has appointed Louise Townsend as head of client services.

Her new role, which will encompass post production, content management and business development, will include overseeing the fulfilment of services to Loft’s international production, content distribution and broadcast client base.

Prior to joining Loft, Townsend held a business development role at Re:fine and worked as a senior producer at Onsight.

Loft chief sales and marketing officer Davide Maglio said: “We are delighted that Louise has joined our management team.

“Louise comes equipped with fantastic experience and reputation from both the post production and digital service sectors.”

Meanwhile, Shahzad Maqbool, formally of Prime Focus, has also joined Loft as principle systems engineer.
