Footage of ITV's ratings disaster Celebrity Love Islandis to be offered to mobile phone users next week, as part of a new TV service from Orange.

The service, which is available to users of Oranges's 3G network and initially only to those with a Nokia 6680 phone, will offer users nine channels of content from Monday.

They include: ITN News, Celebrity Love Island, CNN, Big Brother, Comedy Time, Cartoon Network, Toon World, Fashion TV and extreme sports.

Orange will offer the service free for a month's trial and then charge users£10 a month to download up to 20 hours of footage from the nine channels each month.

Orange is the first network to offer such a service in the UK. It currently offers 23 TV channels over mobile phones in France.
