Miranda Technologies will be showing several new products at Broadcast Video Expo next month including an Automatic Loudness Control (ALC).

The ALC offers a range of loudness control services through its signal processing interfaces including wideband processing based on new advanced audio processing algorithms.

It also has multi-band and wideband through partnerships with Junger Audio’s Level Magic wideband processing, and Linear Acoustic’s Aeromax multi-band processing.

The three different Automatic Loudness Controls can provide up to eight channels of loudness processing per interfacing module.

Operation can be based on either ‘set-and-forget’ or actively managed processing modes, with playout automation driving a bypass mode or different profiles.

Other new technologies on show at BVE will include:

  • The Kaleido-Modular multi-viewer.
  • NVISION Enterprise Class routers with integral de-embedding, shuffling and re-embedding.
  • Imagestore 750 master control system with advanced audio.

Miranda will be exhibiting on Booth G-60.

Broadcast Video Expo 2010 takes place on February 16-18 at Earls Court 2 in London.
