Molinare has netted more than£1m of business from producer North One, including a two-year deal to produce Football Italiafrom its 1,500 sq ft central London studio.

The deal includes the studio production for Sunday night games and midweek matches across the 38-week Italian Serie A season - six hours of programming a week. The coverage will air on Bravo and Irish broadcaster Setanta from 28 August.

Studio manager Richard Mills said: "We are building a set to look like an Italian sports bar for presenter James Richardson and 10 to 15 studio guests."

Molinare has also scooped the contract to post-produce North One's 6 x 60-minute Building the Biggest, about large-scale engineering projects, for Discovery.
