Graham Bird has become head of production for commercials and television programmes with Alex Webster as his deputy, while Amanda Libotte has been made head of operations within the same area. Martin Hobbs has been appointed as head of production for film as well as a director of MPC. Meanwhile Ben Stallard, previously of Clear has joined as a commercials and television producer.
