Conditional access specialist NDS has bought Danish interactive service provider Visionik. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed but NDS plans to leverage Visionik's presence in the Nordic countries to expand its own client base. Visionik's enhanced games and set-top box applications run on more than 14 networks worldwide. Customers include Sky Active, Music Choice and DirecTV Latin America.
