Brief Complete the grade, online and dubbing mix on a new series in which celebrity chef Paul Hollywood travels the world visiting local bakeries.
How it was done For the grade, completed in Baselight by colourist Enge Gray, each episode was given a unique look, with inspiration taken from the natural palette of the different locations visited: warm hues and tones in Madrid and Naples and cooler tones in Saint Petersburg and Warsaw. Gray also got involved in pre-production, testing shots and various cameras alongside series producer Dunk Barnes. Ben Hood mixed the series using Avid Pro Tools 12 and an S6 control surface. The iZotope RX5 Advanced plug-in was used to clean up dialogue and match ambience. Simon Cruse completed the online in Flame.
