Software provider Phoenix7 has been selected by Education Digital, managers of Teachers' TV, to supply its channel management software. Education Digital - comprising Brook Lapping, ITV plc and the Institute of Education - was chosen by the government last year to manage the channel. Zeus, provided by Phoenix7, provides channel management, broadcast operational support and electronic programme guide software. The channel launches next year. Dunning Eley Jones has been selected to create the brand identity for the channel, beating Lambie-Nairn and English & Pockett in a three-way pitch.
