The tutorial film will be shot and post-produced between now and 16 February, with the results shown on the Apple Stand at Broadcast Video Expo (Earls Court 2, London).

Pogo will detail the ups and downs of the workflow at the show and also via updates on its blog and social networking sites.

Called Dancing Dimensions, it will be the company’s first stereo 3D project.

“The film is our way of showing our post abilities in 3D and also signposts our intention to develop our 3D production capabilities,” said Pogo managing director Philip Richardson.

Offline and stereoscopic QC will be done at Pogo Films with grading and delivery done on a Quantel Pablo.

Reseller CWPro, 3D specialists Inition and camera hire company Filmscape Media are providing 3D
kit and expertise including Red cameras and Red Rocket capture cards.
