Prime Focus has appointed Piers Hampton to the role of executive producer within its broadcast visual effects and post-production division.

The former Framestore and Jim Henson Creature Shop visual effects producer joins from his own firm The Bluff Hampton Company.

His credits include Generation Kill (pictured) and The Special Relationship for HBO, Primeval for Impossible Pictures and and Tamara Drewe (Ruby Films).

This appointment strengthens our world-class team as we expand our reach into high-end television drama series.”
