Film comes after Footballco deal with club majority owner Mercury13

WSL 2 side Bristol City Women has launched its home, away and third kits for the 2026/27 season with a film produced by Footballco.
Footballco partnered with Bristol majority owner Mercury13 earlier this year, working with the the multi-club ownership group across its portfolio. For the WSL2 side this has resulted in short film, The Bristol City Women’s Way.
The film opens with shots of changing rooms and rooftops before the voiceover is interrupted by local Bristol creator and equity advocate Stacey Olika.
Olika proceeds to reassure fans that things are being done differently, before taking them into Bristol, giving an insider’s point of view and celebrating what’s unique about the kit, club and city.

“Across Footballco and through our brands, like Indivisa, we’re dedicated to covering and growing women’s football up and down the pyramid. And, like Bristol City Women, doing this in our own unique way.”

“The Bristol City Women’s Way” starts to bring that to life. It celebrates the city we’re proud to represent, while reflecting our ambition to create a club that connects with fans across the region. It’s been great working with Footballco and our Mercury13 team to create something that feels authentic to the club and where we’re heading.”
