Dizplai is working with Icons Series to provide an interactive layer that aims to transform the broadcast into “a global two-way conversation”.
The Icons Series takes place at Reignwood Park, Bangkok, from 31 January – 1 February 2026, with 24 footballers, including Gareth Bale and John Terry, playing in a high-stakes golf matchplay showdown.
Dizplai will power the live interactive graphics – including live polling, Q&A, and integrated user-generated content – for global broadcasters including Sky Sports while simultaneously supporting digital creators and the Icons Series YouTube channel.
As well as the broadcast output, Dizplai will create a dedicated YouTube live feed to drive real-time engagement and capture audience sentiment. Creators and publishers will also be able to broadcast to their own dedicated communities through a coordinated, brand-safe ecosystem.
Harry Macey, commercial director at Dizplai, said: “Dizplai is powering the interactive layer of the broadcast, turning Reignwood Icons of Football into a live, participatory experience rather than a passive stream. We are meeting fans where they already consume content, specifically through a purpose-built YouTube Live feed - to capture interaction and sentiment as it happens. Our goal is to create a decentralised but coordinated broadcast model where one event can activate multiple communities in a meaningful, measurable way.”
Chris Sice, chief content officer at Icons Series, added: “Built for the modern audience, Icons Series is a true lean-forward show. With Dizplai’s technology and audience first strategy, we are able to provide a rare ‘inside-the-ropes’ feel and real-time audience engagement. Viewers don’t just watch the drama unfold; they interact with the format and the personalities, making the 2026 Reignwood Icons of Football a truly immersive entertainment spectacle”.
