ESPN has confirmed it’s televising the World Chase Tag (WCT) USA’21 competition later this year, which is being co-produced by Tupelo Honey and content studio Hall of Fame Village Media.

The event will be held on 6 August 2021 at the Hall of Fame Village campus in Canton, Ohio.

The WCT competition combines the game of tag with Parkour, and its events receive hundreds of millions of views online.

Throughout the 2020/2021 season, WCT aired 70 hours of programming on networks including Channel 4 (and NBCSN in the US). The organisation has 1.9m subscribers on social platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, and Bilibili (China).
