Root6 Technology has upgraded it ContentAgent workflow management, transcoding and distribution tool.

Version 3.1 of the software features integration with Avid Interplay content management in the form of Interplay check-in, which means ContentAgent’s automation tools can prepare files for import into the Interplay system.

Red Rocket support allows for real-time decoding of the Red R3D format including the new Epic camera’s 5K R3D output.

For those working in a ProRes environment, ContentAgent’s integration with Telestream’s Episode Engine in v3.1 software delivers improvements in productivity and performance, Root6 said.
