Former Prime Focus colourist Duncan Russell has joined Smoke & Mirrors.
His arrival coincides with the opening of a new Da Vinci Resolve-based hero suite at the Beak Street facility.
Russell’s credits include 9/11 State of Emergency and Atlas 4D, as well as commercials for H&M and Stella Artois and promos for Kanye West and Coldplay.
“It’s exciting to be expanding the capabilities of our grading department with the second suite,” said Smoke & Mirrors managing director Gary Szabo, who described Russell as “an immense and passionate talent”.
