London facility Skaramoosh has appointed Trish Trufelli and Philip Hough to boost its post and design operations. Trufelli has joined as head of post and senior designer, following seven years at P3

as head of bookings and director of P3 Post. Her appointment is aimed at boosting Skaramoosh's offline and online operations. Hough has just finished a five-year stint at Liquid TV where he designed titles for shows including ITV1's At Home with the Braithwaites and Footballers' Wives.
