Ascent Media-owned St Anne's would not reveal details about the move and no indication was given about the future of managing director Bruce Everett. An announcement is expected soon.

Meanwhile, dubbing mixer Colin Martin has joined the St Anne's sound department. Martin, who started last week, brings over 40 years' experience of working in sound to the company.

Martin has won many awards, including a sound Bafta for Elizabeth R and an RTS award for Othello. He joins from Video London, which closed last month.
