A ricochet digital production for BBC4, The History of Tetris looks at the history of the highly compelling computer game that ended up on Game-boys everywhere during the 1980s. Originally thought up by a Russian mathematician, the game spread via disk until a war broke out between the Russians, Robert Maxwell and Nintendo, to name a few. Director/producer Magnus Temple's programme is a history lesson in what happened when western capitalism met the eastern communism, which had never happened before with a computer game. Fusion carried out the post-production on the one-hour show, which is yet to get a transmission date.
