Take 2 is to spend £1.25m in cameras and lenses, including the purchase of eight Arri Alexa Studio cameras
It will also invest in two sets of Leica Primes, together with Angenieux and Alura Mini zoom lenses.
A further £240,000 has also been invested in Red Epic cameras (pictured).
Managing director Glyn Edridge said the order would make Take 2 the largest Alexa Studio stockist in the UK.
The new equipment will be available to hire in the spring.
