The latest iteration of DittoDub’s AI dubbing technology promises to preserve a creator’s personality and emotional delivery in translation

DittoDub has updated its AI dubbing model to Native 6, which is designed to carry a speaker’s voice, energy and emotional delivery into translated video.
Native 6 supports 109 languages, with 126 options including dialects.
“Viewers connect with a creator’s personality, how they tell a story or land a joke,” said Nate Stone, CEO and co-founder of DittoDub. “When a video moves into another language, that personality should come with it. That is the standard we are building Native 6 around.”
DittoDub is aimed at creators and video teams, and works with creators including Dhar Mann, HopeScope and Topper Guild.

They upload a recorded video, select their target languages, then review and edit the translated wording and vocals before publication.
The platform supports multiple speakers and prepares dubbed audio, subtitles, and translated video titles and descriptions.
For YouTube publishers, DittoDub’s YouTube Sync extension transfers these assets into YouTube Studio.
The company’s creator focus grew out of Stone’s experience running the science channel KeystoneScience, where viewers asked him to speak more slowly for non-native English speakers. That experience prompted him to build tools to help creators make their videos accessible to audiences in other languages.
