Satellite transmission provider Globecast Europe has promoted two members of its London team. Juliet Bayliss moves up to head of TV channel distribution, UK and Northern Ireland, following the departure of Nigel Gibson, and Gary Champion will be the new head of news and business TV. Both report to senior vice-president sales Bertrand Persehaye.
