Dave Lebolt has been promoted to the dual role of senior vice- president of Avid Technology and general manager of Digidesign. Lebolt has served in various capacities at Digidesign since joining the company in 1994. Most recently, he was vice-president of product strategy. Before that, he served as director of product strategy for four years. Before joining Digidesign, Lebolt was a professional keyboardist, producer, arranger and composer and he has toured and recorded with David Bowie, Billy Joel and Laurie Anderson.
