Panasonic and On Sight are backing a Wildscreen Festival short film competition that offers the winners the chance to produce their own 30-minute HD wildlife documentary.

Treatments for two-minute films based around the theme of ‘Bristol's best kept secret' are required for entry.

The best five will be shot and edited during the festival using a Panasonic HVX200 P2 camcorder and Apple Final Cut Studio 2.

Each film will then also be screened at Wildscreen, which takes place in October.

The overall winners get training, use of a Panasonic P2 Varicam camcorder, three weeks offline at On Sight and full post services. The prize is estimated to be worth£10,000.
