Evolutions has appointed former IBF chief executive Terry Smith to the role of business development manager.

Smith joins from Silverglade Assocates where he held a similar position. He is the current chair of the Skillset Facilities Forum and sits on the board of UK Screen.

Evolutions managing director Kanjee said: “Terry’s vast industry experience, alongside his ability to understand, develop and manage client relationships, make this an exciting appointment for Evolutions.”

Smith spent 25 years at the BBC in various roles from runner to senior programme delivery manager.
