Avid DS operator Carl Greep has joined The Station. Greep, who has previously worked at Red and Red Square, is joining the graphics department headed by chief designer Sharon Spencer. The appointment topped off a period of significant expansion for the D'Arblay Street facility, which has opened a second office at a cost of around£100,000.

The Station's managing director, Michael Peatfield, said that Greeps 'brings a great deal of talent and experience to our burgeoning graphics department'.

The Station's second site at Gresse Street consists of four suites with Avid Xpress Pro and one with Adrenaline and doubles the company's editing capacity. Peatfield said that the impetus to open a dedicated DV site came direct from producers.
